Prepare the source
QFX and QBO share OFX-style transaction records. Select a complete bank or credit-card statement containing closed STMTTRN blocks; a change of filename extension alone does not rebuild its contents.

Review the transformation
The converter preserves source dates, amounts, payees, memos and existing FITIDs. It carries the account and currency forward, while writing a fresh output envelope. Credit-card statements retain a credit-card account block.

Check the destination
Institution-specific requirements still apply. The output is not an authorization to use an unsupported bank connection, and it is not guaranteed to pass every QuickBooks version. Confirm the institution ID and test a small file.
What to check in the preview
Compare the record count, date range, deposits and withdrawals with your source. A download is not a completed import or an account reconciliation.
The tool handles one local file up to 5 MB. Invalid records block export. Format-specific limitations appear before you download.
