Import CSV into QuickBooks Online
Clean a bank export into a three-column QuickBooks CSV, with a QBO alternative when that suits your workflow.

Your bank data never leaves this browser.
Before you convert
A clear path from source to output.
- 01
Prepare the source
Choose Date, Description and one signed Amount, or map separate Debit and Credit columns. The downloaded CSV contains exactly Date, Description and Amount with explicit month/day/year dates.
- 02
Review the transformation
QuickBooks Online can upload CSV directly. This page is useful when a bank export has extra columns, inconsistent signs or a layout you want to inspect before uploading. Conversion to QBO is optional.
- 03
Check the destination
Choose the matching date format in QuickBooks and check its current file-size and transaction limits. A successful local conversion does not override the receiving software limits or perform account reconciliation.
What to check in the preview
Compare the record count, date range, deposits and withdrawals with your source. A download is not a completed import or an account reconciliation.
The tool handles one local file up to 5 MB. Invalid records block export. Format-specific limitations appear before you download.
