PayPal CSV to QBO Converter
Map PayPal activity using Net amounts and check currencies before creating a bank-feed file.

Your bank data never leaves this browser.
Before you convert
A clear path from source to output.
- 01
Prepare the source
The suggested mapping uses Date, Name and Net. Net represents the amount after the Fee column in the illustrated export. Transaction ID is available for stable transaction identity.
- 02
Review the transformation
Gross, Fee and Net are different accounting views. A net-only bank feed records the movement in the PayPal balance; it is not a separate revenue-and-fee journal. If you need that journal, prepare the allocations explicitly.
- 03
Check the destination
Mixed currencies are blocked on this page. Export or filter one currency at a time and choose the matching account currency. The tool does not convert exchange rates, infer completed status or remove refunds and reversals for you.
What to check in the preview
Compare the record count, date range, deposits and withdrawals with your source. A download is not a completed import or an account reconciliation.
The tool handles one local file up to 5 MB. Invalid records block export. Format-specific limitations appear before you download.
