Convert a bank OFX statement into a QBO file while retaining its account and transaction identities.

Your file stays in this browser.
Before you convert
A clear path from source to output.
- 01
Prepare the source
Both SGML-style OFX 1.x and basic XML-style transaction statements can be read. Export one account at a time so the account number, currency and statement do not become mixed.
- 02
Review the transformation
Source FITIDs are retained whenever present. The output normalizes transactions into an OFX 1.02 Web Connect envelope. It does not convert investment positions, securities, loan schedules or all possible OFX message types.
- 03
Check the destination
Keep the original file as the authoritative record. Compare the first and last dates, count, deposits and withdrawals before importing. Account metadata is preserved where available; changing an extension is not a compatibility test.
What to check in the preview
Compare the record count, date range, deposits and withdrawals with your source. A download is not a completed import or an account reconciliation.
The tool handles one local file up to 5 MB. Invalid records block export. Format-specific limitations appear before you download.
