ICS to CSV Converter
Turn an iCalendar file into a readable event table with timezone labels and recurrence rules retained.
ICS → CSV workbench
Your file stays in this browser.
Before you convert
A clear path from source to output.
- 01
Prepare the source
Export an .ics calendar file from your calendar app and extract it from any ZIP archive before opening it here. The tool reads VEVENT appointments rather than task-only calendars.
- 02
Review the transformation
Each VEVENT becomes one CSV row. Folded text is reassembled, escaped descriptions are decoded, and UID, timezone labels, RRULE, exception dates, recurrence IDs and duration remain visible alongside the six basic event fields.
- 03
Check the destination
Recurring series are not expanded. An all-day end date is exclusive, and UTC or named-zone values are not converted to your local time. Attendees, organizers, alarms and attachments are outside this table.
What to check in the preview
Compare event titles and dates with your calendar. Keep timezone and recurrence fields when moving the CSV into another application.
The tool handles one local file up to 5 MB. Invalid records block export. Format-specific limitations appear before you download.
